To use this system correctly it is very important that you understand exactly how it works. Fortunately it is incredibly simple. So simple that you may think we are leaving out some details, but we're not. In this blog post we detail everything you need to know.

Step 1: Create your payment profile: When you log in as a SINCats.com performer you will see a green $0.00 in the upper right hand corner. Click on that and you will see your call sales, payment profile and payment log. Click on 'payment log' and select how you want to receive payment. We send payment to you every week on Friday.

Step 2: Click on 'Manage Call Packages' and start creating call packages: You can create 1 min., 2 min., 10 min. etc. Basically anything you want. You will have to create a description, call length and call price. You will also need to enter the phone number you want the call to ring to and upload an image. Once you click 'submit' the call package will appear on your public profile page. *You can delete or edit this call package at anytime.

Step 3: Let callers know about your call packages: Post a SINCats.com Shout or write about it in your SINCats.com blog. Promote it on your FB and Twitter account! We will do our part to help you get callers, but the more you can promote the better chance you will start receiving calls.

Now you may be wondering what happens when a customer orders a call package from your profile page.

Here's what happens from A to Z: The customer clicks on your call package order link. When that happens the customer will see a pop-up box notifying him that we are contacting you to see if you are available for the call.

You will then receive an automated call from (855) 736-4038. Please program that number into your phone as SINCats so you are not confused when you see it.

The automated call will say, "Hello, customer [customer name] is trying to order a [x] minute call from your sincats account. If you are available for this call please press 1, otherwise please press 2 or hang up."

If you press 2, hang up or do not answer the call the customer will instantly receive a notification that you are not available and to try again later. His account is not debited.

However if you press 1 then you will hear, "Thank you, we will notify the customer." At that point the automated call will end.

The customer will then see a message stating that you are available. He will also receive a toll free number and unique calling code. For example the customer will see:

Performer [performer name] is available!
Please call (855) 736-4038 and enter the code 473519314#

Next the customer calls our toll free number, enters the code and is connected to you. The customer will not see your phone number or have any access to your personal details. *You will also not see the customer's number.

Once the call is completed you will see a credit in the amount of 70% of the call price. This means that if you created a call package of 30 minutes for $60.00 then you will receive $42.00 in your account! Even if the caller ends the call early.

Here's another VERY COOL feature... You can create FREE CALLS. You might think that is crazy but it actually makes since. It gives you the ability to create a 'sample' call that will entice customers to order a longer session. For example you can create a 1 or 2 minute free call and it will act as a 'teaser' that will invite longer calls. If you do this we suggest that you talk to the customer through our message system and if he is hesitant you can create a free 1 minute call and notify him. The customer can then order the call and talk to you for 1 minute (the call disconnects automatically after the call length). After that you can delete the free call, because if you leave it on your page the same customer will keep ordering it..

Below are some questions that we have received about this. If you have any questions please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Question 1: Do I need to create a separate bank account?
No, you only need to create your payment profile so we know where to send your money.

Question 2: What happens if the call is disconnected due to a bad connection?
If this happens you will still receive the full payment amount, but you can bet the customer will be upset and contact us about it. If this happens we will review the call log and debit your account and credit the customer's account. We suggest that if this happens, for example if you sell a 30 minute call and after 2 minutes the call disconnects, then you can create a one-time free 28 minute call that the customer can order and complete his session.

Question 3: How much do I keep for calls?
You keep 70% of the call rate. No connection fees or any other fees.

Question 4: Do you deduct for chargebacks?
No, however if your account is associated with several chargebacks then we will likely suspend it. But we do not deduct for chargebacks. This is actually a big deal, because chargebacks can literally destroy a business like this. So how do we get away with not deducting chargebacks? For one thing we have very good fraud security that flags any suspicious transactions. We also require that all customers upload a photo ID, image of their credit card (with just the last 4 digits showing) and sign an authorization form. Our staff manually reviews this information before approving the credit card. *Customers can only add funds to their account using an approved credit card. This way if the customer charges back the transaction we can send the bank all of the details proving that the customer was in possession of the card and did authorize the transaction. We understand that this may prevent some sales, but what good is talking all night to some guy that is just going to charge back the order? You work hard for your money and you should keep it!

Question 5: Do you send out tax forms?
Yes, but only after you have earned more than $500.00. Once that happens we will send you a tax form to complete.

No, once the code it used it will be inactive.

Question 13: Can I play multiple characters and accounts?
Yes, but you will need to register as a Studio Manager. From there you can create unlimited performer accounts. You can even set a call percentage that you wish to keep (as the Studio Manager). For example you may wish to play multiple characters and hire several others to work under your Studio Manager account. Performers receive 70%, but as the Studio Manager you can enter any amount of that percentage and it will credit your account instant after every call. If you hire a performer and specify your Studio Manager account at 20%, then you will earn 20% and the performer will earn 50%.

Question 14: Do I need a special phone or website access?
No, any phone will do, but we do recommend getting a decent phone with good connection. Internet access is a big help because customers will send you messages and it is important to keep your account updated, but it is not required.

Question 15: Is this voice only? What if I also do cam?
Our pay per call feature is voice only, meaning that customers connect to you over the phone. But you can combine this with a webcam session using Skype or any other webcam tool if you wish. You could even increase the amount of the call price and include that you will open your webcam or watch the customer on webcam during the call.

Question 16: I see that you only have check and PP for payout options. What if I want to receive payment by direct deposit?
We are adding direct deposit (which includes payment to regular banks plus pre-paid cards like Netspend, Greendot, etc. Plus we are adding more options such as payment by money order, Western Union, Money Gram and more! If you need a special way to receive payment just send us an email and we will add it!

Question 17: I like your pay per call system, but what if I also want to add my call buttons for other sites?
You can still do this if you wish. However we pay 70% and as far as I know most sites pay between 40% - 50%. But you are still able to add the call buttons and links if you wish. However we do ask that you create at least one pay per call item so that are customers can contact you through our system if they choose to.

Question 18: Can I create call packages and then sign out? Of do I have to be logged in to get calls?
